I’m getting desperate. I was doing so well with my exercising and dieting but once christmas hit I just dropped all of it. Since then I’ve gained back the 13 lbs I lost plus like 2 more. I need to lose weight, not only for my self, but for my health. Anyone out there have any good advice on how to boost my metabolism and such? eating differently isn’t too much of an option becuase I don’t get to choose what I eat. Also, anyone know a good at home workout routine?

working out for short periods of time, on a high intensity to lose fat. don't under consume and take a laxative SERIOUSLY. drink over 8 glasses of water, you may feel like you would gain water weight from that but it burns calories for you. ive lost 10 lbs in less then 2 weeks, im just trying to help , smallwaist-bigheart

l was addicted to lax, im going to tell u now they wont do anything but make u bloated w the amount of food u listed ur consuming laxatives will help store the food. ur best bet is to stick to eating veggies cooked different ways, snack on brocolli with a tsp of ranch, eat breakfast w eggs or whole grains, you also should try.. this person tags her pictures of food as thinspo. She clearly doesn’t understand how ED’s can hurt people, especially ones that really wreck someones mental state. I don’t understand: are people like that so unhappy they have to bring others down with them? What the above person and others like him/her are doing are lowly and sick and I honestly don’t know why I wasted my time ranting about her.
Keep strong girls and ignore those kinds of people. No matter how you do it, be careful, be smart, and be strong

Ok so my friend (who’s already skinny, but has prom so is worrying) and I are starting a new “diet” of ours. Slim fast shakes in the morning, watching and sharing everything together at lunch, eating small, smalllll dinners and then taking a laxative a night (the lax’s are only once a day for a week every month) and , of course, exercise. How does that sound to you guys? If you can answer, please do, and also inbox me any advice? Grateful.
